anyhow, the weather was awesome, the food was great and the shopping ...well, to say the least, SUPER FANTASTIC!
(if i could break out into song now, i would.)
also, i did rather well for my exams...despite all my stressing, last minute studying and procastination...managed to pull my GPA up! :) YAY me! hahaha ok i may sound a little self-indulgent (okay, alot) but honestly, i was somewhere in the middle of China when i got my results via text message through my handphone, eating a steaming plate of chilli beef noodles. i kinda didn't really care as much about them as i used to...not that i didn't give a damn about my exams, but i was (and still am) pretty calm about them these days...not neurotic and rigid and all freaked out, white-lipped, clutching my phone tightly until my knuckles turn pale...(i used to be like that)...now it's like this: receive sms. look at results. smile idiotically to self. continue eating noodles and looking like a happy idiot. 5 minutes later....excitement wears off...it's back to holiday shopping! hahaha
well there wasn't much to buy in the middle of china (sorry) but definitely..macau and hong kong...AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (like, x10) hahaha
oooh and i did play the slot machines and at some of the tables too. we stayed at the venetian in macau which was super-fucking-fantastic. i literally DIED when i saw my room (i.e. suite)
i have also come back with a double chin and excess weight gain from the fantastic food there. the dim sum, the dessert...the noodles...ohhh do NOT get me started. and the alcohol! fantastic (okay not really...it was cheap chinese tsing tao beer) at only 1 singapore dollar for a can. WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE DAMNIT!
hahaha. okay i am extremely TIRED. flew in on a morning flight today and had to get up at 5am. so will turn in early and hopefully find the energy (and motivation) to put pictures up either here or on fb soon.
